How to board

  • Buses will depart even if all passengers are not on board. Please board your bus in advance of time.
  • Passengers who have tickets (paper or web) need not visit a ticketing window. Go directly to the bus stop.
  • Regulations on accepted baggage types vary depending on bus companies. If you have a large item (snowboard, bicycle, large musical instrument, etc.), check with the bus company in advance.
Routes of non-reserved seats

* Routes on a first-come-first-served basis without seat reservation (mainly short routes to Chiba, and other areas.)

STEP1
Find your bus stop on a departure information board

Find your bus stop on a departure information board.
Check also the departure time and destination to be sure.
* Departure information boards are on basement levels 1 and 2.

STEP2
Find your bus stop and stand in line

The monitor at each bus stop displays the next four bus services.
If you find your service among the top two, get in the line (a, b, or c).
* Find your bus stop on the floor map.
* The spaces for lines are narrow. Please stand neatly along the line indicated on the ground so as not to block passersby.

STEP3
Board the bus

When a bus arrives, the arrival is announced, and the automatic door is unlocked so you can get on the bus.
Pay the fare when you leave the bus.

* Routes with seat reservation (long routes such as those serviced at night)

STEP1
Check your ticket on hand

There are many express bus terminals around Tokyo Station. Please reconfirm that your ticket is valid for a service provided by this terminal.

STEP2
Find your bus stop on a departure information board

Find your bus stop on a departure information board.
Especially, there are many night services in the same destination. Please be sure that the name and number of the service that you are going to take coincide with those on your ticket.
* Bus stops may be changed on the day from those indicated on tickets.
* Departure information boards are on basement levels 1 and 2.

STEP3
Wait for your bus near the bus stop

The monitor at each bus stop displays the next four bus services.
Check the destination, service name, service number, and bus number, and go to the bus stop area 10 minutes before departure.
You do not have to stand in line because seats are reserved.
* Find your bus stop on the floor map.

STEP4
Board the bus

When a bus arrives, the arrival is announced, and the automatic door is unlocked so you can get on the bus.

Coin Lockers

Located in the waiting area on B1F.

Fees are charged by time. The maximum fee is applied every 6 hours.

  • Small: 12 lockers – ¥100 / 60 minutes (Max ¥500)

  • Medium: 11 lockers – ¥100 / 40 minutes (Max ¥600)

  • Large: 11 lockers – ¥100 / 30 minutes (Max ¥800)

Several vending machines are available in the terminal.

Baggage lockers

Installed at several locations near the Yaesu Central Exit.

A large number of lockers are available, with various sizes that can accommodate even large luggage.

  • Small: 108 lockers – ¥100 / 60 minutes (Max ¥500)

  • Small Wide: 8 lockers – ¥100 / 45 minutes (Max ¥600)

  • Medium Wide: 8 lockers – ¥100 / 35 minutes (Max ¥700)

  • Large: 67 lockers – ¥100 / 30 minutes (Max ¥800)

  • Large Wide: 8 lockers – ¥100 / 25 minutes (Max ¥900)

  • Extra Large: 4 lockers – ¥100 / 20 minutes (Max ¥1,000)

  • Super Extra Large: 9 lockers – ¥100 / 20 minutes (Max ¥1,100)

There are two large waiting areas and two small waiting areas, with a total of 100+ seats available.
