When boarding a bus

About lost property

A: You should be inquired at different windows depending on where you lost your property as described below.
1.When you left your property in a bus
Goods left in buses are kept by bus companies. Please inquire about the bus company that you used. 2.When you lose your property in the terminal When you lose your property in the terminal, please contact a nearby staff person, a ticketing window, or the information counter. (Service hours: 10:00–18:00) * Please note that inquiries not related to the lost property are not accepted. 4. Date and time when you can visit the office to retrieve the property (month, day, am/pm)
* Please be quick in inquiring about your lost property and retrieving it. Lost properties will be transferred to the police after a storage period (one week).

Coin Lockers

Located in the waiting area on B1F.

Fees are charged by time. The maximum fee is applied every 6 hours.

  • Small: 12 lockers – ¥100 / 60 minutes (Max ¥500)

  • Medium: 11 lockers – ¥100 / 40 minutes (Max ¥600)

  • Large: 11 lockers – ¥100 / 30 minutes (Max ¥800)

Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Several vending machines are available in the terminal.

Baggage lockers

Installed at several locations near the Yaesu Central Exit.

A large number of lockers are available, with various sizes that can accommodate even large luggage.

  • Medium Wide: 8 lockers – ¥100 / 35 minutes (Max ¥700)

  • Large: 67 lockers – ¥100 / 30 minutes (Max ¥800)

  • Large Wide: 8 lockers – ¥100 / 25 minutes (Max ¥900)

  • Extra Large: 4 lockers – ¥100 / 20 minutes (Max ¥1,000)

  • Super Extra Large: 9 lockers – ¥100 / 20 minutes (Max ¥1,100)

A total of four accessible (multipurpose) restrooms are available at three locations within the terminal.

One-way tickets for same-day travel are available for purchase.

*Cash and credit cards are accepted.
*Receipts can be issued.
*Transportation IC cards can be used on buses for the above routes (on board the bus).

There are two large waiting areas and two small waiting areas, with a total of 100+ seats available.
